Therefore, you would not be able to wire up speakers into different groups and select which of these play at a given time. The only way to obtain multiple zones would be with standard automotive stereos such as one of the ones listed in the link below.

Getting the right amp for your speakers is pretty easy to do. To get the most volume and sound quality the best way is to at least double the amount of watts the speaker is rated for at max. So for that I would recommend the Jensen Power Amplifier # POWER760 which when ran in bridged mode can put out 190 watts per channel. The Jensen Speakers part # MS5006BR are coaxial cable speakers. These have spade style connectors that coaxial cables commonly will run to. These speakers are 30 watt max 4 ohm speakers so the Jensen Stereo # JWM60A that you referenced can be used with 4 ohm speakers and puts out a max of 8 watts per channel so it would work fine.
